  • When am I charged for my Seed Subscription box?
    Our subscriptions run from month-to-month. Therefore you will be charged every 30th/31st of every month for your subscription box.
  • Are your seeds organic?
    Yes, as we farm organic as far as possible, following “no dig, no till” principles.
  • What are your delivery fees?
    R90 delivery fee nationwide.
  • When will I get my order?
    Please allow 3-5 working days for orders to be delivered.
  • Do you deliver flowers and seeds nationwide?
    Yes, we offer delivery across the country for both fresh flowers and seeds. Shipping details will be provided at checkout.
  • My bulbs have mould on them, can I return them for replacement?
    Please contact us if this occurs.
  • The product I want to order is out of stock, when will it be in stock again?
    Please notify us by email if there is a certain product you need. We will always try to assist as far as possible to help.
  • How do I make payments for my products?
    You can pay for your order directly on our online store, using either a debit card or credit card.
  • Are your flowers grown organically?
    Absolutely! All our flowers are grown using sustainable, organic practices to ensure the highest quality and care for the environment.
  • Can I visit the farm?
    Yes, we welcome visitors by appointment. Come experience the beauty of Meadow Valley Flower Farm and see where our blooms are grown.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts for florists or events?
    We do! Special pricing is available for florists, event planners, and large orders. Contact us for details.
  • How do I care for the flowers I purchase?

  • What if I’m new to gardening? Can I still grow your seeds?
    Of course! Our seeds are beginner-friendly, and we provide helpful tips to ensure your gardening success.
